Ranch Mashed Potatoes

As promised yesterday, here is the second recipe of this incredible dinner C and I enjoyed. This is one of my go to recipes that I learned from my mother a long time ago. Mashed potatoes are one of my must haves for holidays and well, let's be honest, every other day. I just cannot get enough of them. But, I used to add ranch dressing to mine. Then, I was introduced to Ranch Mashed Potatoes and I just have to share them with you!

-6 Red Potatoes
-1/3 Cup Milk
-1/3 Cup Butter
-1/3 Cup Sour Cream
-1 Packet of Ranch Dressing Seasoning

 1. Wash, peel, and chop up potatoes.
2. Boil in pan of water until tender enough to cut with a fork.
3. Strain water and pour potatoes back in pan.
 4. Add milk, butter, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix and mash until all potato clumps are gone.
5. Enjoy!

So simple and absolutely delicious! I hope you come to love these as much as I do. They are nothing less than perfection in my opinion.
